I just got my annual deep peel done in while visiting my friend in Los Angeles so some of you will see me peel like a snake this coming week! 

It will take about 10 days for the peel to take its course and it will look like I got sunburned and are peeling because of it. The key is to keep putting moisture on through out the day and not to exfoliate or rub to hurry along the peeling process as that may cause scarring. 

I always love the way my skin look and feel once the peel is done for months and months to come. I recommend everyone to get a good peel done once a year and the best time to do so is in the cooler months of the year.

Right now it is prefect timing before all the holiday parties that are coming up!
