• Wellness Membership ($225.00/month): Applies towards 1 monthly 50-minute face or body treatment. Includes 1 complimentary enhancement per month (when receiving multiple enhancements during a service, the lowest-cost enhancement will be your complimentary perk). Perks include: complimentary brow touch-ups, 10% off all additional individual treatments taken within the same month, 10% off Kerstin Florian luxury skincare products for face and body, and exclusive first access to new treatment modalities and retail releases.
   
• Skin Longevity Membership ($325.00/month): Applies towards 1 monthly 80-minute technology face or body treatment. Includes 1 complimentary enhancement per month (when receiving multiple enhancements, the lowest-cost enhancement will be your complimentary perk). Perks include: complimentary LED light therapy and brow touch-ups, 10% off all additional individual treatments taken within the same month, 10% off Kerstin Florian luxury skincare products for face and body, and exclusive first access to new treatment modalities and retail releases.

 

Membership Terms & Conditions
 

1. MINIMUM COMMITMENT: Minimum 6-month commitment required. Your card will be charged on the day of purchase, and thereafter on the 1st of each month (unless a specific recurring date is established at sign-up) and applied towards your monthly service.
    
2. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: You may cancel your membership at any time after fulfilling your agreement terms; however, once a monthly payment is processed, refunds cannot be issued, and your cancellation will take effect the following month. To avoid being billed for a new billing cycle, written notice must be received before the month ends. We cannot reimburse or refund missed months.
    
3. GIFTING PRIVILEGES: If you are unable to attend your scheduled monthly treatment, you may gift your service credit for that active month to a friend or family member.
    
4. CANCELLATION POLICY: Our standard 24-Hour Studio Cancellation Policy applies to all membership facials. If an appointment is missed without 24 hours’ advance notice (“no-show”), the monthly treatment credit for that session is forfeited and cannot be refunded or reinstated.
