Every summer I go back home to Sweden to visit with my family and friends and to rejuvenate body and mind. The combination of my mom, amazing home cooked food, visits with wonderful friends, walks on the beaches, berry picking in the beautiful forests, the long summer days; its all magical to me.

I love to ride my bicycle wherever I can and it’s a great way to get that everyday exercise in although Swedes really don’t consider it exercising. I always make sure to visit the market for fresh local produce and flowers and I visit as many home interior stores I possibly can; the Swedish design and details is out of this world!

Of course I’ve scheduled face and body treatments and are discovering different techniques and products; I will tell you all about it later.

I’m proud and patriotic and enjoy every moment; when I leave my heart will be filled of gratitude and happiness.
