Winter is associated with shorter days, less light, more quiet, and breezes that are cooler and drier. It may be cold on the outside during winter, but it is warm and cozy on the inside, where we retreat and withdraw. Nurture the warmth inside of yourself and keep it safe.

Our Winter Slow Beauty workshop will focus on how to tackle the start of the new year with your skin and wellness in mind, and how to take the obstacles you face with yourself and begin to love them – opening yourself up to healing. The fire inside of you is a powerful thing this winter season. Don’t let it burn out.
