Winter Skin Tips!

After the holidays and at peak of winter our face and body usually need some extra attention to repair and renew.

blogOver the years it has become a tradition of mine where I take a week in January and do a natural lifestyle detox including food, exercise, relaxation and treatments. It truly helps me center and focus and makes goal setting and planning for the year ahead so much easier.
