Keep the goodness going by eating a yummy, nutrient-rich smoothie. One of my personal favorites is a protein packed, omega rich healthy skin smoothie. This super creamy smoothie is low in sugar and a great meal replacement that taste good and at the same time is great for the skin. Needless to say I end up making it quiet often!
Although this is usually my breakfast smoothie it works great in the evening too 🙂
Here is how:
1 1/2 cup of hemp milk or almond milk
1 scoop Vegetable Protein Boost=12g protein (from Pea, Rice, Chia Seed)
1/4 avocado (if available)
1 cup frozen berries
1/2 lime
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 handful of spinach leaves, or super greens
1 tbsp premium milled flaxseed
1 cup ice
If it’s to thick I just thin it out with aloe vera juice. The best part, it only takes a couple of minutes to prepare.
